Voter Data and/or Map Request
Public records request may be made via email or in writing by completing a Public Records/Map Request Form. You can obtain a copy of this form from the Supervisor of Elections Office.
Upon receipt of public request and before the request is fulfilled,
the individual making the request will be contacted by an office staff member to:
- Clarify any questions or concerns
- Inform requester of any charges that may apply
- Advise of the expected turn-around time
- Advise of any information exempt from public records (F.S. 119.071)
Payment in full is required prior to fulfillment of all requests.
