The Online Florida Voter Registration Application form can be used to submit a new registration or to change your existing registration information (i.e., party affiliation, address changes, name changes, etc.).

Voters can also download a Voter Registration Application to be mailed or returned to the Putnam County Supervisor of Elections Office by visiting the Division of Elections website.
